The next step requires us to pull together all of the information and start to formulate a solution to address your business requirements:
- Following the initial discussion phase, we will then present the best route forward depending on your specific goals

- Further meetings and discussions will see us provide our proposed Plan and Project Timetables, so everyone is clear on the timescales involved to ensure we fulfil on your business requirements
- Schedule Site Surveys as required
- Before sign-off meet with Key stakeholders throughout discussion phase to ensure all Project Goals, are going to be achieved with the proposed solution.
Deliver
Our Project team manage the process during this next phase. Selecting suppliers, managing the ordering process and ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
- Following our Project Plan, our team will set out deliver the project on our strict processes with absolutely no short cuts taken to deliver the project as agreed
- Experienced installation team will be onsite to deliver and implement the chosen solution
- We will also project manage the involvement of third parties including Openreach, for example, and liaise with them as part of our total service offering.
